Stephanie Caragos founded Syntactics, Inc. in 2000 and has led the company as President and CEO for 26 years. Based in the Philippines, Syntactics provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, and custom software solutions. Stephanie is a business and technology consultant specializing in systems analysis and design, business process improvement, digital transformation, and the practical application of technology to business operations.
Through her consulting work, she helps business owners and executives analyze operational challenges, redesign processes and workflows, evaluate technology solutions, and develop strategies for business improvement. Her work includes AI strategy and adoption, automation consulting and implementation, systems planning, and technology assessment, helping organizations identify opportunities to improve efficiency, make informed technology decisions, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Stephanie graduated in the Top 5 of Xavier University's Information Management program in 2000. Before founding Syntactics, she worked in software development and IT consultancy, building the technical foundation that continues to inform her approach to business and technology today.
In 2008, she founded letIThelp.org, a social enterprise that trained unemployed young Filipinos in IT skills and connected them with employment opportunities. The initiative was featured in Microsoft's Young World Rising executive book series. That same year, she was selected as one of 10 fellows for the Young Social Entrepreneur Initiative in Kuala Lumpur. In 2017, she co-founded Syntactics PINKwith Pam Salon, an initiative that provides free IT events and coding training to encourage women's participation in technology.
In 2016, Stephanie was selected for the Eisenhower Multi-Nation Fellowship, a seven-week program in the United States, and received the Douglas Dillon Fellow Award. She served as National President of the ICT Confederation of the Philippines in 2017 and as President of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro East Urban for Rotary Year 2025–2026. During her presidency, the club received the highest district distinction and the Rotary International Club Excellence Award.
She currently serves as President of the CDO ICT Business Council, Board Trustee of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, and Board Trustee of the Eisenhower Fellows Association of the Philippines.
With 26 years of experience building and running an IT company, Stephanie brings both business and technical perspectives to consulting engagements, helping organizations improve how they work, adopt the right technologies, and turn technology investments into tangible business value.
