President & CEO, Syntactics, Inc. | IT & Business Consultant
Over two decades leading digital strategy for Philippine, US, Australian, UAE and European businesses and SMEs, from systems design and database architecture to digital marketing, SEO/AEO/GEO, and cloud-based platforms.

Stephanie Caragos founded Syntactics, Inc. in 2000 and has run it since as President and CEO. The company is based in Cagayan de Oro and has operated for 26 years, offering digital marketing, web development, SEO, and custom software services. She started with a background in systems analysis — she graduated Top 5 from Xavier University's Information Management program in 2000 and spent the years before founding Syntactics doing software development and IT consultancy work.
In 2008, she founded letIThelp.org, a social enterprise that trained unemployed young Filipinos in IT skills and matched them with job opportunities. The program was included in Microsoft's Young World Rising executive book series. That same year, she was selected as one of 10 fellows for the Young Social Entrepreneur Initiative in Kuala Lumpur. In 2017, she co-founded Syntactics PINK with Pam Salon, which runs free IT events and coding training specifically for women.
In 2016, she was selected for the Eisenhower Multi-Nation Fellowship, a 7-week program in the United States, and received the Douglas Dillon Fellow Award that year. She served as National President of the ICT Confederation of the Philippines in 2017. She served as President of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro East Urban for Rotary Year 2025–2026, during which the club received the highest district distinction and the Rotary International Club Excellence Award.
